Patch watches new tickets. When the same issue spikes, Patch posts a heads-up in Slack with ticket links.

Freshdesk is your support team's tool. Two fellows touch it.

Compliance and security

FellowHire is SOC 2 and ISO 27001 compliant. Encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). No-training enterprise agreements with OpenAI and Anthropic.

Freshdesk-specific: connection via API key or OAuth. The fellow only accesses views and ticket types you approve. Revoke any time from Freshdesk admin settings.
