Generalist AI gives you a blank box that can do a little of everything. It does not know your sales playbook, your firm's templates, your product's error patterns, or your brand voice. It starts fresh every time.
A FellowHire fellow is custom-built for one role. It knows your playbook, your tools, your tone. It gets better over time because it stays in the role and accumulates context. The specialist always beats the generalist on the specific job it was trained for.

We train your fellow on your material over about a week.
Add the fellow to your channel. The whole team can ping it within its role.
Each fellow is on a custom annual plan based on the scope of the role. Predictable. No per-seat or per-message charges. The whole team uses the fellow.
Get a quoteAs many roles as you need to cover. Most teams start with one fellow for the role that's most painful, then add a second when the first one is humming. We've designed the lineup so you can scale fellow-by-fellow rather than committing to a platform on day one.
We don't recommend it. The whole point of role-specificity is depth. A Sales fellow trained on your sales motion will outperform a 'sales + marketing' fellow on either job. If you need both, run two fellows.
Each fellow has a canonical name (Casey for Sales, Quinn for Paralegal, etc.). Most customers keep the canonical name because it makes referencing the fellow consistent across teams and across documentation. Custom names are available on request.
About a week from kickoff call to fellow live in your Slack. Detail varies by role complexity.
Tell us during scoping. The lineup above is the most common roles we're asked for. We've built fellows for niche roles too. If your role has a defined playbook and clear tool needs, we can scope a fellow for it.
Tell us which role you need covered. We will scope the fellow and have it in your Slack in about a week.
