What this list is

These are the third-party companies that process your data so we can run the FellowHire service. We notify customers of changes 30 days before they take effect.

If you want to be notified when this list changes, subscribe below. The DPA at /dpa governs how we work with sub-processors.

Current sub-processors

The table below is current as of the "Last updated" date at the top of the page. We add a sub-processor here before the change takes effect, and we notify subscribed customers 30 days in advance.

Slack and Microsoft Teams are listed because the fellow operates inside customer Slack or Teams workspaces. The data residency reflects the customer's own Slack region or Microsoft tenant configuration.

How we notify you of changes

When we add or replace a sub-processor, we update this page first.

We notify subscribed customers by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect.

If a customer objects to a new sub-processor, we will work with the customer to address the concern. The DPA sets out the formal process.
