Most teams start with one fellow and add a second once the first one is humming. Each fellow is its own engagement, scoped and priced separately. A team running a Standard Sales fellow and a Senior Developer fellow pays $18,000 plus $48,000 per year, on aligned annual terms.

When you add a second fellow, we align it to your existing renewal date so you have one annual review cycle, not several scattered ones. Multi-fellow scoping happens in your /demo conversation.
If you want to see a fellow do real work in your stack before committing to a year, run a paid 30-day pilot. We scope the role, build the fellow, and ship it into your Slack or Teams. You evaluate against your own KPIs. At the end of 30 days, you decide whether to convert to annual.
The pilot is paid, not free. That is intentional. Paid pilots get serious teams. Free trials get tire-kickers. We staff every pilot with the same care we would put into an annual engagement, so we want partners who are equally serious.
Pilot pricing rolls into the annual cost if you convert. If you do not convert, you keep what the fellow shipped during the pilot and we walk away.

Every fellow is custom-built. If you run on a tool we do not have a public integration page for, that does not mean we cannot connect to it. During scoping we map your full stack. Standard integrations are included in the tier price. Truly custom or non-API integrations may scope as a one-time setup add. We are clear about it during scoping. No surprises after the contract is signed.
