Connect during fellow setup.

During your fellow setup call, we connect Jira via OAuth. We scope which projects, issue types, and custom fields Kai can read and write. Your Jira admin stays in control.

Kai learns your specific Jira. Your project structure, your workflows, your custom fields, your Atlassian board layouts. By the time Kai joins your Slack, Kai works in Jira the way your engineering org works in Jira.

Compliance and security

FellowHire is SOC 2 and ISO 27001 compliant. Encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). No-training enterprise agreements with OpenAI and Anthropic.

Jira-specific: OAuth-based connection via Atlassian Cloud (or scoped credentials for Data Center). The fellow only accesses projects and issue types you approve. Revoke any time from your Atlassian admin.
