FellowHire + Asana

FellowHire + Asana

Connect Rowan, your AI Operations fellow, to Asana. Rowan tracks projects, updates tasks, drafts status reports, and answers "where are we on X" from your Slack.

What your fellow does in Asana

How it works

1

Connect during fellow setup.

During your fellow setup call, we connect Asana via OAuth and scope which workspaces, projects, and custom fields Rowan can read and write.

2

The fellow learns your Asana.

Rowan learns your projects, your custom fields, your section structure, your milestones. By the time Rowan joins your Slack, Rowan works in Asana the way your ops team does.

Common workflows your team can run

Status report drafts

Every Friday, Rowan pulls task data from Asana, drafts the weekly status report, and parks it in #ops for review.

New task creation

A teammate drops "someone needs to update the SOC 2 evidence by next Friday" in Slack. Rowan creates the task in the right Asana project with owner and due date.

Project status check

Anyone asks "where are we on the website redesign?" Rowan pulls live Asana data and posts a summary.

@Rowan how's the website redesign tracking?

Rowan APP 9:30 AM

34 of 47 tasks complete. On schedule for July 18 launch. Two blockers: design review on About page (assigned to Sam, due yesterday) and copy approval on pricing page (assigned to Morgan, due Wednesday). No risks flagged on the critical path.

Fellows that use Asana

Asana is the cross-functional project tool. Two fellows live in it.

Compliance and security

FellowHire is SOC 2 and ISO 27001 compliant. Encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). No-training enterprise agreements with OpenAI and Anthropic.

Asana-specific: OAuth-based connection. The fellow only accesses workspaces and projects you approve. Revoke any time from Asana settings.

Don't see your tool? We build it.

FellowHire is not a directory of 3,000 integrations. We build the integrations your fellow needs. If you run on Notion, Monday, Linear, ClickUp, or something else, that does not mean we cannot connect to it. It means we will scope it during fellow setup. Tell us what you run on. We will make it work.

Tell us your stack →

Bring on an Operations fellow that works in Asana.

Tell us about your projects and your status cadence. We will scope Rowan, connect Asana during setup, and have Rowan in your Slack in about a week.
