During your fellow setup call, we connect Intercom via OAuth. We scope which inboxes, conversations, and contact data Patch can read and write. Your Intercom admin stays in control.
Patch learns your specific Intercom. Your inbox routing, your custom data attributes, your tags, your Macros and saved replies, your Articles. By the time Patch joins your Slack, Patch works in Intercom the way your team works in Intercom.
A new conversation lands in Intercom. Patch reads it, classifies it as support, sales, or billing, tags it, and routes to the right teammate.
If the conversation looks like a sales lead, Patch summarizes it for Casey (Sales fellow) in Slack with the contact, company, and asked-about features. Casey takes it from there.
Patch watches inbound conversations. When the same issue spikes, Patch posts a heads-up in Slack with the conversation links.
