During your fellow setup call, we connect Clio via OAuth. We scope which matters, contacts, and documents Quinn can read and write. Your firm admin stays in control of permissions.
Quinn learns your specific Clio. Your matter types, your custom fields, your task templates, your billing codes. By the time Quinn joins your Slack, Quinn works in Clio the way your firm works in Clio.
A new lead comes in. Quinn drafts the intake response, creates a draft matter in Clio, and posts a summary to your firm's Slack channel for partner review.
An associate drops a note in Slack after a client call. Quinn logs it against the matter in Clio, updates the matter status, sets the next-step task, and creates the time entry.

FellowHire is SOC 2 and ISO 27001 compliant. Encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). No-training enterprise agreements with OpenAI and Anthropic.
Clio-specific: OAuth-based connection. The fellow only accesses matters and contacts you approve during setup. We sign DPAs and BAA addenda where required for legal-specific data handling. You can revoke the connection at any time from your Clio settings.
