How it works

Connect during fellow setup.

During your fellow setup call, we connect Google Workspace via OAuth. We scope per-fellow which APIs (Calendar, Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets) the fellow can use, and which user account the fellow operates as. Your Workspace admin stays in control.

The fellow learns your Workspace.

Hayden learns your scheduling preferences and inbox style. River and Iris learn the Drive folders that hold brand voice and research. Sterling and Ash learn the Sheets that hold the truth. By the time the fellow joins your Slack, the fellow knows where things live.

Lena pings Hayden in Slack: "find me 30 min with Marcus this week." Hayden checks both calendars, proposes two windows, and holds them until Lena picks.

Inbox triage

Hayden reads the morning's inbox, classifies, drafts replies for the high-priority items, and posts a triage summary in Lena's Slack DM.

Brief from Docs

Iris pulls the latest customer-research Doc, drafts a market brief, and creates a new Doc in the right Drive folder.

Compliance and security

FellowHire is SOC 2 and ISO 27001 compliant. Encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). No-training enterprise agreements with OpenAI and Anthropic.

Google Workspace-specific: OAuth-based connection per fellow per scope. The fellow only accesses the APIs and the user account you approve during setup. You can revoke the connection at any time from your Google Workspace admin or your personal account security settings.
